Shipping conditions
Goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below as standard. Depending on the size of your order, shipping will be carried out by DHL, GLS or a forwarding agent. The shipping costs incurred can be found in the information below.
I. Shipping within Germany
For shipping within mainland Germany, we generally do not charge shipping costs for orders with a gross value of €39 or more.
For a gross value of goods up to €39, we charge a one-off shipping fee of €4.95.
II Shipping outside Germany
From now on you can send orders to Austria directly via www.bestwaystore.de
Our separate site bestwaystore.at has been discontinued and integrated into the main shop built-in.
For the following countries we offer shipping of spare parts at www.bestway-spareparts.com .
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Sweden, Switzerland
All other countries are currently excluded from shipping. Thank you for your understanding.
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases for which we are not responsible and which are to be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties).

Delivery times
Our processing and delivery times depend on the respective shipping company. After receipt of your payment, your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. You will receive an e-mail with a confirmation upon delivery and can track the shipment online via a link provided by us, depending on the shipping company.
The delivery time depends in part on the shipping company itself.
For parcel shipments, you can expect a delivery time of 2-3 days. In the case of a carrier shipment, the carrier will usually contact you by email within 2-3 days and give you a delivery date or, depending on the location, agree a delivery date with you. This ensures that you are present when the parcel is delivered.
Transport damage parcel shipping
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please make a complaint to the deliverer immediately and refuse to accept the consignment.
Please then contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights.
However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.
